Join the Marshfield Clinic as an Outpatient Clinician and apply your clinical skills and creativity within a dedicated, multidisciplinary team while enjoying a work setting that supports an ideal work/life balance.  Develop and oversee a diverse caseload of individual and group clients, catering to your preferences.  Provide evidence-based therapies, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to a varied clientele.  Collaborate and contribute actively within a multi-disciplinary team environment to enhance client care.  Commit to ongoing professional development through monthly training sessions and other educational opportunities. Requirements: * Independent licensure required * Master's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy * Previous experience working with adults, children, and families in an outpatient setting * Experience utilizing Electronic Health Records preferred * CANS certification required.  May be obtained through online training * Organization and time management Compensation is based on candidate experience, qualifications, and certifications and licenses.  Annual ranges listed are based on a full-time, 40 hours per week position.
