We are currently hiring a paralegal with commercial contracts experience to join our Fortune 500 client as trial-to-permanent hire: Key Responsibilities * Assist lawyers with drafting and editing commercial agreements (including management and franchise agreements, amendments and assignments). * Support execution of agreements, including proofreading, arranging powers of attorney and coordinating signing. * Prepare and file closing documentation and contract summaries. * Track legal documents and maintain legal databases and records.
