【Key Responsibilities】 1. Conducting anti-social forces background check 2. Developing and improving the anti-social forces screening automation workflow 3. Assisting in administrative matters related to the legal function, such as managing and maintaining contracts/legal documents, ensuring smooth operations within legal team. 4. Supporting intellectual property rights matters 5. Maintaining legal team's corporate internal training materials 6. Supporting the review of standard agreements and simple contracts. 7. Supporting other corporate legal tasks assigned by the supervisor 【Requirement for the role】 1. Background in law or related fields with 1 year+ experience 2. Proficiency in reading English 3. Awareness of current affairs and proficient in using search engines or other tools for information retrieval 4. Detail-oriented, responsible, and understands the importance of confidentiality 5. Proficient in leveraging AI tools (such as Gemini, Claude, and Cursor) within professional workflows. 【Nice to have】 1.
