We are seeking a proactive part -time Accountant to join our team.  Your responsibilities:  * Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting according group standards and statutory requirements,  * Active participation in Month-End Closing,  * Responsible for statutory financial statements preparation,  * Conduct balance sheet reviews, ensuring completeness and accuracy of data,  * Taking a lead for the group and statutory audit process,  * Supporting with employment documentation and process (Umowa o prace, Umowa zlecenie)  * Ensure the company complies with current accounting and tax regulations,  * Supervision of the correctness of tax settlements (CIT, VAT, WHT) and representation of the Company before external authorities,  * Optimizing the efficiency of accounting processes and running internal projects to improve financial processes,  * Partnering with budget holders to review management accounts with the prior year and forecast comparatives to set timetable.    Our requirements:  * Minimum 3 years of accounting experience on a similar position in an international organization, previous experience as Independent Accountant,  * Accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA) preferred,  * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Russian, English and Polish,  * Advanced analytical skills (Excel),  * Ability to set priorities and manage time efficiently,  * Self-motivated individual, detail-oriented with the ability to work independently,  * Ability to work via B2B type of contract,  * Based in Warsaw and available for a couple days in the office.    Benefits:    * Competitive compensation   * Working alongside a fast-growing team of professionals from the US and EU, who are setting the new global standard in the automotive industry    * All the equipment you’ll need to be successful    * Kind Reminder: we employ ONLY via B2B type of contract!   * Exciting and memorable team-building activities and corporate parties
