This position would be responsible for all aspects of automotive retailing.    Responsibilities   * Engage with new leads on daily basis and convert them into active buyers. * Manage the full vehicle purchase cycle - from first contact to delivery at the buyer’s final destination. * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure an exceptional buying experience. * Grow and develop each assigned account to consistently achieve your monthly sales targets. * Collaborate closely with the Sales Teams around the globe to reach team goals and optimize performance. * Receive buyers' feedback and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.   Requirements    * Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks  * Strong verbal and written communication skills in English  * Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bulgarian [BG]/ Romanian [RO]/ Czech [CZ]/ Arabic * Car sales experience is a plus  * Working knowledge of CRM tool  * Self-motivated and proactive, capable of working independently and as part of a team  * Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to overcome objections and close sales effectively  * Exceptional customer service orientation, ensuring a positive experience for clients    Benefits:   * Competitive compensation: fix base + sales commission  * Working alongside a fast-growing team of professionals from the US and EU, who are setting the new global standard in the automotive industry  * All the equipment you’ll need to be successful  * Paid vacation, days off, and sick leaves  * US public holidays are off — we work according to the US calendar  * Working hours : 14:00 CET - 23:00 CET * Kind Reminder : we employ ONLY via B2B type of contract! * Exciting and memorable team-building activities and corporate parties
