ABOUT THE ROLE: The Clubhouse Associate will be responsible for all administrative duties at our Chicago Clubhouse, including greeting guests, managing office supply inventory, maintaining common spaces, and creating a positive clubhouse experience for Chief members and their guests. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS A PART-TIME POSITION STRUCTURED AT 20 HOURS PER WEEK. WHAT YOU’LL DO: * Greet and check in all Clubhouse visitors, acting as the go-to for any requests and questions * Own Salesforce emails concerning Clubhouse Operations * Maintain reservation profiles, RSVP lists, and Clubhouse signage * Coordinate all Meeting Room booking requirements, including setup needs and catering arrangements * Manage Clubhouse vendor communication * Purchasing office supplies * Build and update local ops notion pages * Maintain the overall cleanliness and organization of the clubhouse, including outside areas * Prepare, reconcile, and submit expense reports * Complete the Clubhouse opening and closing checklist * Other ad hoc projects as needed WHAT YOU’VE DONE AND ENJOY DOING: * Passion for the company’s mission, positioning, and brand * Bring a fresh set of eyes to our office, and constantly strive to make improvements * Positive and energetic personality with a customer service orientation * Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Adaptable startup mindset * Proficient in Google programs and Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint WHY YOU'LL WANT TO WORK HERE: While we’re committed to remaining compliant and adhering to mandates, for us, pay transparency is more than a consideration of what’s lawful and unlawful but rather, an opportunity to disclose what’s required, and what we think is a fair and equitable compensation framework.
