What You’ll Do * Provide excellent customer service over the phone * Handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls * Assist customers with questions, account information, and issue resolution * Follow up with customers regarding accounts and past-due balances * Process loan applications and perform data entry * Maintain accurate customer records and documentation * Build strong customer relationships through professional communication What We’re Looking For * Customer service experience preferred (1+ year) * Strong phone communication skills and confidence speaking with customers * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment * Strong problem-solving and active listening skills * Basic computer and data entry skills * Bilingual (English required, Spanish preferred) Schedule * 8-hour day shifts * Monday–Saturday (one weekday off) * Saturday availability required Benefits * Competitive pay * 401(k) with company match * Bonus opportunities * Career growth and advancement Why Join Atlas Credit?
