You clearly communicate, consistently deliver your best work, take responsibility when you fall short, and proactively speak up when you need help. * Process Ownership: You are highly organized, self-sufficient, and comfortable managing complex PO requisitions, forecasting, and cross-departmental approval workflows with minimal hand-holding. * Solid Judgement: You are highly autonomous and capable of making sound decisions independently. You know how to effectively navigate ambiguity, leveraging existing policies and precedents to guide your actions, while recognizing exactly when to proactively seek guidance or escalate complex issues. * Partnership Fluency: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. You understand how to translate operational or financial requirements into clear action items for external partners and internal stakeholders. * Analytical Rigor: Strong capability in data stewardship, tracking complex logic, and utilizing tools (like Google Sheets/Excel) to maintain accuracy across various business processes.
