CONSEQUENTIAL WORK. DEDICATED PEOPLE. ABOUT ONEBRIEF Onebrief builds collaboration and AI-powered workflow software for military planning and operational coordination. Military planning is complex by nature, requiring teams to coordinate information, people, and decisions across systems and locations. We are a distributed team of builders from military, operational, and technology backgrounds who care deeply about improving how important work gets done. Some team members work remotely, while others work directly alongside customers in operational environments around the world. Founded in 2019, Onebrief is backed by leading investors including General Catalyst, Battery Ventures, Insight Partners, Sapphire Ventures, and Human Capital. You need to win them over. * They’ve seen demos yet, but they’re not familiar with the product. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS * Proven experience supporting operational planning, coordination, or execution within a complex Federal government environment, preferably at a large agency or headquarters organization. * Experience working across large Federal organizations and engaging stakeholders at multiple levels to drive alignment and execution. * Familiarity with Federal exercises, operational readiness activities, and the technical and security requirements associated with deploying software on classified government networks. * Proven ability to expand adoption and business presence within Federal customer organizations, particularly for software or technology solutions. * Experience providing high-touch customer support both in person and remotely, including coordinating incident resolution across customers, Product, and Engineering teams. * Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly master complex software, troubleshoot issues, and communicate technical concepts effectively to Federal customers. * Proven ability to navigate complex government organizations, build trusted relationships, overcome bureaucratic challenges, and drive measurable customer outcomes. * Current Top Secret clearance with eligibility for SCI and the ability to obtain and maintain access to Federal facilities. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * You’re technically adept. You don’t need to code, but you do need to be savvy. Can you become a power user of our product and talk engineering with the customer? * Customers trust you. You demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, develop rapport, align diverse perspectives, and communicate with clarity and influence. * You’re intense about our mission. It’s a core part of who you are * You’re proactive and adaptable. You see a problem and get to work. You’re comfortable working autonomously or in a cross-functional team, especially in a fast-paced or ambiguous setting * You communicate clearly, concisely, and candidly.
