THINGS YOU’LL DO IN THIS ROLE: * Lead on winning a wide range of project developers * Support other team members on winning top priority project developers * Own team-wide processes, such as triaging inbound leads and supplier onboarding. You will be responsible for running these effectively as well as improving how they work over time (leveraging AI tools). * Isometric champion — represent Isometric at events and in front of key partners across different platforms and geographies   THINGS WE’RE LOOKING FOR: * Strong motivation to work on climate and carbon removal, with a willingness to dive into complex topics * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and proactive about getting things done * Highly proficient with AI tools like Claude Code or Claude Cowork * Clear and confident communicator — able to break down technical concepts to non-expert audiences * Desirable: Prior experience in startups and/or technical sectors (e.g. finance, law, software) * Desirable: STEM background   THIS ROLE ISN’T FOR YOU IF: * You want a remote job.
