Required Qualifications: * Ages 16-24 or an adult with barriers to employment. * A strong work ethic and a dependable, positive attitude. * Eagerness to learn new skills and accept constructive feedback. * Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. * Basic communication and interpersonal skills. * Commitment to completing the full term of the apprenticeship program. Preferred Qualifications: * A high school diploma or GED equivalent is a plus but not required. * A demonstrated interest in one of our target industries (e.g., skilled trades, healthcare, IT, manufacturing).
