Job Summary Ennoble Care is seeking a Full-time, Patient Onboarding Associate to join our team at the Marlton, New Jersey office. This position is dedicated to ensuring every new patient has a positive, seamless introduction to Ennoble Care services. The Patient Onboarding will serve as the first point of contact after enrollment, making welcome calls, explaining our services, and scheduling initial appointments with our providers. In this role, you will play a critical part in building strong patient relationships and setting the stage for quality, coordinated care.  Key Responsibilities  * Place timely welcome calls to all newly enrolled patients to introduce Ennoble Care and explain available services.  * Schedule new patient appointments and ensure accurate entry of patient demographics, insurance, and visit details into the electronic medical record (EMR).  * Provide patients and caregivers with clear information about what to expect during their first visit and address any initial questions.  * Confirm appointment details with providers and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding.  * Document all patient interactions, scheduling details, and follow-up needs accurately and promptly.  * Identify and escalate urgent patient needs to clinical or operational staff as appropriate.  * Collaborate with intake, scheduling, and clinical teams to resolve onboarding or scheduling issues.  * Maintain a patient-centered approach by delivering compassionate, empathetic, and clear communication during every interaction.  * Support departmental goals by contributing positively as a team member and assisting with related scheduling tasks when needed.  Qualifications  * Strong verbal communication and customer service skills, with comfort handling a high volume of patient calls.  * Compassionate, empathetic, and able to build trust quickly with new patients and families.  * Highly organized with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage patient onboarding efficiently.  * Proficiency in using computers, including Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office programs, and EMR systems (preferred).  * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.  * Must successfully pass a background check and drug screen.  * Preferred: Previous experience in patient onboarding, scheduling, call center, or healthcare administration.
