- Improvement of current PSP processes - Coordinate with other departments - Perform testing and quality assurance throughout integrations - Lead internal operational projects - Follow up with providers on performance, KPI’s and transaction troubleshooting - Communicate product changes to all stakeholders REQUIREMENTS: * 1–2 years' experience in a business within payment operations, preferably in the iGaming sector. * Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and documentation accuracy. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate across teams. * Analytical mindset with a focus on identifying efficiencies and solving problems. * A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple deadlines. * Experience working in an international and multicultural environment is a big plus.
