By joining our team, you will share in the joy of providing “care with dignity and life with hope.” Responsibilities: * Maintain employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, promotions, and compensation changes. * Process monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting, including W-2s and other required documentation. * Support payroll audits and assist with internal and external compliance reviews. * Recommend and implement process improvements to increase payroll accuracy and efficiency. * Prepare journal entries and perform payroll reconciliations, ensuring accurate financial reporting and timely resolution of discrepancies. * Collaborate cross-functionally with the Finance team to ensure the accuracy and integrity of payroll and accounting data Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent required. * 2+ years of payroll processing experience. * Working knowledge of payroll laws, wage and hour regulations, and payroll tax requirements. * Experience with ADP Enterprise Version 6 (EV6) and ADP Workforce Manager preferred. * Strong mathematical, organizational, and problem-solving skills as well as excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Schedule: full time – 35 hours per week - 9 AM – 5 PM Monday - Friday Rate of Pay: $55K annual This rate of pay serves as a good faith estimate. Actual pay is based on a number of factors which may include a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience and work location. The salary range or rate listed does not include any differential pay or other forms of compensation, such as the value of benefits, which may be applicable to this position.
