Therapists work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver individualized, family-centered care. Key Responsibilities * Perform pediatric occupational therapy evaluations * Develop and implement individualized treatment plans * Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions * Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members * Maintain timely and accurate documentation * Participate in care coordination and team collaboration * Deliver family-centered, developmentally appropriate care Qualifications Required * Active North Carolina Occupational Therapy License (or eligibility for licensure) * Valid driver's license * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Commitment to providing exceptional pediatric care Preferred * Pediatric experience * Outpatient pediatric therapy experience New graduates are encouraged to apply. Compensation & Benefits We offer a competitive Base Plus compensation model that rewards clinicians for serving children and families while maintaining work-life balance. Total earning potential up to $87,000+ annually, depending on experience, schedule, and billable hours.
