As a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), you will have the opportunity to transform the lives of children and their families by providing individualized speech, language, feeding, and swallowing therapy. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals who share your passion for helping children build essential skills and reach their fullest potential. SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST (SLP) QUALIFICATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  RESPONSIBILITIES * Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans. * Provide evidence-based pediatric speech therapy services targeting: * Speech sound disorders and articulation * Language delays and communication disorders * Feeding and swallowing challenges * Fluency and social communication skills * Deliver personalized therapy sessions focused on improving functional communication and independence. * Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed to support positive outcomes. * Educate parents and caregivers on strategies to support continued progress at home. * Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs), nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide family-centered care. * Maintain accurate and timely documentation according to professional and regulatory standards. QUALIFICATIONS * Master's Degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program. * Current Texas Speech-Language Pathologist license (or eligible to obtain prior to start date). * One year of experience preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFYs) and new graduates are encouraged to apply. * Pediatric speech therapy experience preferred. * Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus but not required. * Strong communication skills and a passion for working with children and families.
