PEOPLE & CULTURE BUSINESS PARTNER Location: Dublin City Centre, Ireland Work Arrangement: Hybrid Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking an HR Business Partner / seasoned HR Generalist ready for their next career move, who will support our growing teams across the EMEA region. This role serves as a trusted partner to regional leaders, combining strong operational execution with thoughtful business judgment to support performance, organizational health, and disciplined people practices at scale. This role partners closely with the Global Director of People & Culture, EMEA & APAC, who owns and leads People & Culture programmes. You will operate as the primary regional execution partner — translating strategic direction into consistent delivery, elevating manager capability, and proactively surfacing people risks and themes. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES HR BUSINESS PARTNERSHIP & MANAGER SUPPORT * Drive strong day-to-day HR execution by partnering with managers to support performance management cycles, feedback conversations, and employee relations matters with consistency and care. * Serve as the go-to partner for frontline managers, providing practical, timely guidance on team health, coaching conversations, policy interpretation, and manager enablement. * Support managers in addressing performance, engagement, and team dynamics with sound judgment, discretion, and follow-through. PEOPLE PROGRAMMES & REGIONAL EXECUTION * Support and operationalize People & Culture programmes across performance, engagement, retention, employee experience, and manager capability. * Help ensure processes are clear, scalable, well-documented, and consistently executed across EMEA. * Take the opportunity to lead key People & Culture programmes and initiatives in partnership with regional and global stakeholders. EMPLOYEE RELATIONS & RISK MANAGEMENT * Triage and resolve employee relations issues by diagnosing concerns early, recommending appropriate actions, and partnering with relevant COEs or stakeholders when needed. * Balance empathy with accountability when handling sensitive people matters. * Ensure employee relations matters are managed professionally, fairly, and with appropriate documentation. HR OPERATIONS, SYSTEMS & REPORTING * Maintain operational rigor by tracking themes, ensuring documentation is complete, and bringing structure to recurring people processes. * Support Foxit’s strong HR technology landscape by helping optimize systems, reporting, and data-driven decision making. * Use people data, trends, and recurring themes to help improve process quality, manager support, and regional visibility. CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION * Collaborate closely with fellow People & Culture team members to ensure a consistent and high-quality employee experience across EMEA and, where needed, APAC. * Partner cross-functionally to support organizational change, team effectiveness, performance alignment, and employee engagement. BACKGROUND / QUALIFICATIONS * 7+ years of total HR experience, including meaningful experience working directly with managers in fast-paced or high-growth environments as a Senior HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or similar role. * Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Organizational Psychology, or a related field. * Master’s degree or professional certification, such as CIPD accreditation, is preferred. * Strong HR foundation across employee relations, performance management, manager coaching, HR operations, and people process execution. * Execution-oriented partner who is comfortable operating in the day-to-day details while maintaining sound judgment and strong follow-through. * Strong manager coach, able to guide frontline managers through performance conversations and early employee relations issues with clarity and confidence. * Operationally strong, with the ability to bring structure, organization, and discipline to people processes. * Good judgment under pressure, with the ability to balance empathy, accountability, confidentiality, and business needs. * High integrity, fairness, and discretion when handling sensitive matters. * Strong comfort with HR systems, reporting, and people data, with the ability to help optimize tools and support data-driven decision making. CLOSING SUMMARY The HR Business Partner helps shape engaging employee experiences, supports organizational change, and partners with the business to drive performance, capability, and a culture where everyone can do their best work. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery and ownership, combining strong commercial awareness with a genuine passion for people, performance, and process alignment.
