With more than 9,000 professionals across 30+ offices worldwide, we provide solutions combining trading and workflow automation, market data, and advanced business intelligence.   ROLE OVERVIEW The HR Operations & Talent Support Specialist plays a key role in supporting the end‑to‑end employee lifecycle and the day‑to‑day execution of HR processes across the organization. This role combines HR operations, talent acquisition support, data and reporting, and process automation, with a strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and employee experience. You will work closely with HR colleagues, hiring managers, and external partners, contributing to efficient and scalable HR operations while proactively improving processes through technology and AI‑driven tools. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain and update employee data across HR systems, ensuring accuracy and GDPR compliance Support HR administration across the employee lifecycle, including contracts, payroll inputs, onboarding, transfers, and offboarding, in line with Italian labor law and CCNL Act as a first point of contact for employee inquiries, providing timely and service‑oriented HR support Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and ATS management Coordinate with hiring managers, staffing agencies, and external partners Support compliance activities, reporting, and internal HR documentation Leverage AI and automation tools to streamline HR processes and improve operational efficiency Contribute to employer branding, engagement initiatives, and internal communications Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal teams across legal entities YOUR SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, AND QUALIFICATIONS Master’s degree in Humanities, Digital Humanities, Economics, Law, or related fields 2–5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Operations role Strong knowledge of Italian labor law and CCNL regulations Native Italian speaker with English proficiency (minimum B2) Hands‑on experience with HRIS platforms (e.g. Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Zucchetti, or similar) Strong analytical skills, with advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookup functions, Power Query) Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) for HR reporting and dashboardsFamiliarity with AI / LLM tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude) and interest in applying them to HR workflows Organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, service‑driven environment Pursuant to Italian Law (L.68/99), candidates registered on the disability list will be given priority.
