THE PEOPLE TEAM Examples of key problems the team is working on * Build the people function from scratch, fast enough to keep up with 10x growth. We grew headcount 10x in the last year and we're not slowing down. You'll build the systems, programs, and team from nothing, and make them work before we outgrow them. * Reinvent people operations around AI. Doing this by hand doesn't scale to a workforce growing this fast on a team this lean. You'll put AI at the core of how the function runs, so a small team supports many times its number. * Own the culture and comms as the company scales. When a company scales this quickly, staying connected and aligned doesn't happen on its own. You'll own the internal comms, events, and rhythm that keep a multi-site team that's growing fast bound to a shared culture. ROLE SCOPE * Own employee relations across the company: investigations, conflict resolution, and policy questions handled fast and fairly. * Run investigations end to end with documentation that stands up to legal review. * Coach managers through performance and conduct issues before they escalate. * Track ER patterns and fix the root cause, whether it is a policy, a manager, or a process. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR * The below is a starting point.
