As our People & Workplace Intern, you'll help create an exceptional employee experience by supporting our HR operations and ensuring our Paris office runs smoothly. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn how People Operations works in a fast-growing international tech company while making a real impact from day one. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Support payroll administration and prepare employee contracts and HR documentation * Maintain accurate employee records and organize HR documentation in Notion * Coordinate the day-to-day operations of our Paris office, including facilities, vendors, and office supplies * Welcome employees and visitors and support office events and engagement initiatives * Respond to employee requests and provide administrative support to the People team * Identify opportunities to improve and automate HR and workplace processes WHAT YOU BRING * Currently pursuing a Bac+2 or Bac+3 degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field * Fluent in French and English * Highly organized with strong attention to detail * Proactive, autonomous, and eager to learn * A people-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills * Previous internship or student job experience is a plus WHAT YOU GET * Work on digitalizing core operating systems for food distributors, automating orders, sales and payments in a system that still largely runs on calls and spreadsheets. * Work with an AI product with proven product–market fit, already embedded in distributor workflows and directly affecting order accuracy, speed, and margins. * Join a global team across 6 countries and 40+ nationalities, building a company that has raised $300M+ and reached unicorn status (~$1.2B valuation) with the ambition to define this category end-to-end. * In return, you get real ownership, equity, and the support to do your best work, including competitive compensation, health and wellbeing support, and long-term benefits like a sabbatical (all localized by office). * Collaborate with people who want to own outcomes in a messy, real-world system and make it work at scale.
