Ennoble Care believes giving care is an Honor  We are looking for a compassionate, dedicated Per Diem Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our growing Hospice Company for our Oklahoma City, OK region. Responsibilities: * Manages 5 - 6 patient visits per day. * Provides or assists in ADL activities; personal hygiene, grooming, mouth, skin care and nails.  * Provides assistance in toileting, positioning and transfer activities, frequent turning and positioning of a bed bound resident/patient.  * Assists with the prescribed exercise and ROM activities which the resident/patient and Hospice aide have been taught by the Hospice Nurse.  * Assists with light housekeeping of individual's personal unit or room, including changing of bed linen and patient’s laundry. * Feeds and assists with meals. * Reports any changes in resident's/patient's condition to the Nurse  Qualifications: * Must have a valid CNA license in the state of OK. * Valid Driver’s License and reliable mode of transportation * Authorized to work in the United States * Meets the training requirements of the State. * Meets the training requirements of the State.  * Completed a minimum of 75 hours of classroom and supervised practical training.  Sixteen hours of classroom must be completed prior to a mandatory 16 hours of practical training.  * At least 18 years of age.  * Ability to read and follow written instructions and document care given.  * Understands hospice philosophy, comfortable providing specialized care to the terminally ill.  * Satisfactory references from previous employers.  * Is self-directing with the ability to work with little direct supervision.  Secure with issues of death/dying.  Provides a calm manner when in a patient’s home.  * Has empathy for the needs of the ill, injured, frail and the impaired.  * Demonstrates tact, patience and good personal hygiene.  * Licensed driver with automobile that is insured in accordance with organization requirements and is in good working order.  * Successfully completes a probationary period.  This probationary period is to ensure the aide is competent in the above qualifications and is documented by the supervisor and the employee.  Starting rate: $16.00/hr #purple Full-time employees qualify for the following benefits: * Medical, Dental, Vision and supplementary benefits such as Life Insurance, Short Term and Long Term Disability, Flexible Spending Accounts for Medical and Dependent Care, Accident, Critical Illness, and Hospital Indemnity.  * Paid Time Off * Paid Office Holidays  All employees qualify for these benefits: * Paid Sick Time * 401(k) with up to 3% company match * Referral Program * Payactiv: pay-on-demand.
