With colleagues from over 70 nationalities, we combine diverse perspectives with a shared ambition to learn, grow, and create lasting impact, together.  Ready to awaken your best with us?    ABOUT THE ROLE:  We are looking for a Senior Performance & Growth Manager to join our EU Ecommerce department. You will be responsible for driving our online marketing strategy, managing the full marketing budget and channel mix for the Dutch Market, across paid social, paid search, CRM, Affiliates, Influencer and other key growth initiatives, ensuring sustainable revenue growth, strong ROI, and healthy contribution margins.  At the same time, you will lead a lean team and act as a strategic partner to internal stakeholders across Country Management, Business Development, and Global Marketing teams.  WHAT YOU'LL DO: * You will guide and support a lean team, setting clear priorities and ensuring strong execution and accountability.  * You will own and drive the performance of key marketing channels (paid social, paid search, CRM), with a clear focus on revenue, ROI, and contribution margin for the Dutch Market.  * You will plan, execute, and optimize full-funnel campaigns, constantly evaluating performance and reallocating budget based on data and impact.  * You will take ownership of marketing spend, making smart, data-driven decisions on where and how much to invest to maximize returns.  * You will work closely with the Country Manager and Business Development team to align pricing, promotions, and commercial strategy.  * You will collaborate with global and local teams (website, creative, CRM) to test and scale initiatives that drive traffic, conversion, and revenue.    * You will continuously monitor performance metrics (e.g. ROAS, CAC, conversion rate, contribution margin) and translate insights into actionable improvements.  * You will test new channels and ideas in a structured way, running controlled experiments, and scaling what works.  WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR: You have some leadership experience (managing a small team or leading projects and stakeholders) and are ready to take on more ownership.   You have 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on performance marketing and measurable business impact.  You have hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid channels such as paid social, paid search, and/or CRM.  You have owned or significantly influenced marketing budgets and can clearly explain how your decisions impacted revenue and ROI.  You are highly data-driven and comfortable making decisions based on performance metrics rather than intuition alone.    You bring a strong commercial mindset and understand how marketing connects to pricing, margins, and overall business performance.  You are proactive, assertive, and comfortable with challenging ideas to drive better outcomes.  You are fluent in English; Dutch speaker is a plus.  WHAT WE OFFER: Responsibility and decision-making authority from your first day  The opportunity to work on challenging tasks that contribute to your professional growth  Work independently and as part of a dedicated, international team  Private Health Insurance and 24 vacations days per year, with 1 extra day per year worked (until a limit of 29 days per year)  22 remote days per quarter policy, with offices in Parque das Nações, Lisbon.  Work with and learn from experts in diverse fields  Get to know your team members at our exciting company events  Working from a pet-friendly office  BECOME AN EMMIE  We are on a mission to become No.1 in the world of sleep, and we’re looking for driven, ambitious people to help us shape what’s next.
