JOB TITLE Performance Marketing Manager (B2B SaaS) Location Remote Time Zone US Time Zones (EST–PST) ROLE OVERVIEW We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to scale customer acquisition and pipeline growth through paid, measurable, and ROI-focused marketing programs. This role is ideal for a hands-on marketer with deep experience in paid channels and a strong understanding of how to position AI-powered SaaS products for conversion-driven growth. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Own and optimize paid acquisition channels including search, social, and display * Plan and execute performance-driven campaigns aligned to pipeline and revenue targets * Partner with Content and Product Marketing to develop high-converting assets and messaging * Manage budgets, forecasts, and ROI targets across channels * Analyze performance data and optimize campaigns using full-funnel metrics * Test and scale new channels, audiences, and AI-driven use cases REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS * Proven experience in B2B performance or demand marketing within a SaaS environment * Strong understanding of AI-powered products and performance-driven buyer behavior * Demonstrated success managing paid media programs that drive pipeline and revenue * Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot or Marketo with Salesforce) * Strong analytical and optimization skills * Non-negotiable: Prior experience working fully remote, fluency with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and experience working with US- or UK-based companies.
