We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Personal Banker to join our team.  The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to our customers while accurately processing financial transactions and supporting daily branch operations.   Responsibilities: * Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and cashing checks * Balance cash drawer and maintain accurate transaction records * Promote bank products and services based on customer needs * Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer inquiries professionally  * Assist with branch operations and support team goals * Maintain confidentiality and comply with bank policies and procedures Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent * Previous customer service and/or cash handling experience preferred * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Attention to detail and accuracy  * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment * Basic computer proficiency This position will cover multiple branches.  Must be able to travel between locations.  HCB is an EEO
