Our Culture Technical skill matters, but character matters just as much. We value Personal Protection Specialists who are humble, accountable, disciplined and committed to the team. We expect our people to remain students of the profession, learn from mistakes, prepare before problems occur and consistently do the right thing even when no one is watching. Our objectives are straightforward: Protect the Principal. Support the Team. Represent the Company. Own the Standard. There are a lot of people counting on us who are not in the car. Professional Excellence, this is not an ordinary job. Executive Protection requires unusual levels of discipline, judgment, humility, preparation, discretion and personal responsibility. The hours can be long. The work can be inconvenient. The standard remains high even when no one is watching, nothing appears to be happening and no recognition is coming. You may be asked to work nights, weekends, holidays and extended days. You may spend hours preparing for a moment that never comes, then be expected to perform flawlessly when one does. You must be comfortable serving without ego, leading when required, following when appropriate and doing small things exceptionally well. Most people would not choose this profession. Not everyone who chooses it should remain in it. We are looking for professionals who take pride in preparation, who remain calm under pressure, who accept accountability, who protect the team as seriously as they protect the Principal and who understand that trust is earned through consistent performance. If you are looking for a job where minimum effort is enough, where standards are negotiable or where past experience excuses present performance, this is probably not the right opportunity. If you are committed to mastering your craft, being dependable when it matters and becoming the kind of professional others trust with their lives, we want to hear from you. Extraordinary work requires extraordinary commitment. AT-RISK International is an Equal Opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, religion, creed, color, national origin, age, gender, sexual orientation, marital status, protected veteran status or disability
