You should be comfortable working independently, taking initiative, and adapting when plans change. A calm and professional attitude, high sense of ownership and accountability, good communication skills, and respect for privacy are essential.   Key Responsibilities: * Carry out tasks around the city, such as deliveries, paperwork, and personal errands. * Take care of the company’s vehicles and the vehicles used by senior managers, including arranging servicing and repairs. * Drive people to business or personal meetings, mainly within the city and occasionally outside it. * Assist with managing and updating memberships, subscriptions, and service tiers (e.g., car service, insurance coverage levels). * Drive leadership-related errands or appointments as needed. * Arrange and manage personal travel, including holiday bookings, accommodation, and itineraries. * Handle insurance - related matters such as policy updates, renewals, claims, and coordination with insurance providers. * Coordinate appointments, personal schedules, and family-related logistics as required. * Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all aspects of the role. * Liaise with external vendors and service providers to ensure smooth communication and timely follow-up.   Requirements: * A valid Category B driving license and excellent driving skills are essential. * A responsible approach to road safety and confidence driving in both urban and intercity conditions. * Excellent organizational skills, punctuality, and attention to detail. * Discretion, reliability, and a professional attitude. * Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to changing priorities. * Good communication skills and proficiency with basic digital tools. * English at B2 level * Previous experience in a similar role or in fleet management and maintenance is an advantage.   What we offer: * Competitive salary package * Performance-based bonus * Premium Health insurance * Career and skills development opportunities * Fun and collaborative team environment * New modern office space
