About the Role We think the performance of the team is the performance of the company, and we're investing in it directly. This is a hands-on training and wellness role embedded with our team onsite — designing and delivering individual programs, coaching people through them, and keeping honest track of what's working. You'll have a defined, consistent schedule and a partner on our side to build the program alongside you. What You'll Do * Run 1:1 training sessions with team members onsite, on a consistent daily schedule * Design individualized programs across strength, conditioning, mobility, and recovery * Assess new participants and re-assess on a regular cadence, adjusting programs to the data * Keep clean, timely session notes and progress records within your scheduled hours * Coach the habits around the training — sleep, movement, stress, and recovery * Help shape the program's structure and rhythm as participation grows What Will Help You Succeed * Certified (NASM, ACSM, NSCA, ACE, or equivalent) with current CPR/AED * Real 1:1 coaching experience with a range of ages, abilities, and goals * Comfort working with high-performing, time-constrained professionals — and holding them to the plan * Disciplined about documentation and running on time * Corrective exercise, mobility, or recovery specialization is a plus The role is right for you if: * You'd rather go deep with a small group of people over time than churn through short-term clients * You like having a say in how a program is built, with support rather than a blank page Why You Might Be Excited About Alembic * Depth over volume: A consistent roster you get to know, program for, and actually move — not a revolving door of one-off sessions. * A company that means it: Wellness here is a funded commitment from leadership, not a perk on a slide. * A more predictable schedule: Defined onsite hours with time built in for notes and programming. * Voice in the program: You'll help shape how this works, with a partner on our team to build it with you. * A front-row seat: You'll spend your days inside one of the more interesting companies in AI, working with the people building it.
