Our Patient Services Department is responsible for the collection of blood samples and handling contained specimens, i.e., human blood, faeces, urine, tissue etc from patients within the community and the hospital. These samples are then processed and tested in our state-of-the-art medical laboratory. About the role | Mō te tūranga: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Phlebotomist to join our Patient Services Department in a permanent, full-time role of 80 hours per fortnight, based in Auckland. This position will support services across ADHB Cluster 2A: Panmure, Glen Innes, Greenlane, St Heliers, Meadowbank, Mercy Hospital, Ascot Hospital and Remuera and CMDHB Cluster 1B: Manurewa, Clendon, Manukau, Māngere and Onehunga.  This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a supportive clinical environment where you will play a key role in delivering high-quality specimen collection services that directly contribute to patient care and diagnostic outcomes.
