Our code-first approach values solving problems through programming rather than manual processes, and we're impelmenting AI-powered tooling to further enhance our capabilities.  We value effective delegation, timely delivery, and incremental improvements. You'll have a significant influence on our DevOps practices and tooling choices. IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL: * Lead one of our existing Platform teams (infra/DevOps) and keep delivery consistent and predictable. * Own people leadership - hire, mentor, and develop engineers while keeping the team healthy and performing. * Manage capacity, risk, and dependencies: plan realistically, unblock the team quickly, and handle escalations early. * Align scope and priorities with the Director of Infrastructure, keeping stakeholders aligned and avoiding churn. * Strengthen predictable operations - make sure ownership, incident flow, and escalation paths are clear and well-practiced. YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: * Proven experience leading an engineering team (hiring, coaching, performance, delivery ownership). * Strong stakeholder management: can translate business needs into a clear plan and keep people aligned. * Pragmatic, ownership-driven mindset: can make trade-offs, push standards, and improve reliability without slowing the team down.  NICE TO HAVE: * Background in platform infrastructure. * Hands on Engineering experience.
