Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced Plumbing Install Lead to join our growing team!   The successful candidate should be able to work efficiently, have great attention to detail, have exceptional multi-tasking skills, be organized, and be able to perform in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position. Must be available to work full shifts plus overtime. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Cutting, assembling, and installing pipes and tubes with attention to existing infrastructure (e.g., electrical wiring) * Use various plumbing tools and equipment (pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, plungers, etc.) * Demonstrate respect and compassion when communicating with clients on work performed and on recommendations for repairs or replacement * Complete all tasks per company quality and safety standards SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS: * Ability to handle physical workload (ability to lift 75lbs) * Strong communication and customer service skills, friendly and approachable * Analytical, focused on quality, and results-driven * Ability to understand and follow oral and written directions * Excel within a team environment and willing to support all areas of our business * Must be willing to undergo a background check, drug screen, and physical BENEFITS:  * Competitive Pay  * Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance * 401K * PTO  * Paid Holidays * Sick Pay #BELLP Pay Range $75,000—$150,000 USD We are an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
