Powder Coat Technician  We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our production team as a Powder Coat Technician. No prior experience needed—we provide all necessary training. As a Powder Coat Technician, you will work in our Finishing department to help finish and protect or fabricated steel and aluminum products with high-quality powder coating. Key Responsibilities: * Prepare metal parts for coating, including cleaning and masking * Apply powder coating to products using spray equipment * Operate ovens and follow proper curing processes * Inspect finished parts for quality and consistency * Maintain a clean and organized work area * Follow safety protocols and company procedures * Assist in other production or finishing tasks as needed * Work as part of a team to meet production goals Qualifications & Requirements: * No prior experience required; training provided * Ability to stand, walk, lift and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods * Comfortable working in a warm environment near industrial ovens * Willingness to work overtime during peak seasons * Strong work ethic and reliability * Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment Benefits (Full-Time): * Opportunities for overtime pay * PTO * BCBS Insurance * 401(k)
