JOB DESCRIPTIONS Develop and manage customized rate cards aligned with shipper needs and company profitability. Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate pricing requests and define competitive strategies. Conduct market analysis to monitor competitor pricing and identify opportunities. Lead profitability and cost optimization initiatives based on company strategy. Own P&L forecasting (regular and ad-hoc) and align assumptions with relevant teams. Provide insights and recommendations to support management decision-making. Bridge management and operations in cost-related initiatives and performance tracking. Monitor and optimize operational KPIs, incentives, and payschemes to ensure efficiency and fairness. REQUIREMENTS * Min.
