You bring:  * Education, Licensure, & Certifications:  * Holds a Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.  * Must have and maintain a DEA license with no restrictions.   * Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, with experience in outpatient primary care or a similar setting.  * Basic Life Support (BLS) certification: American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS certification.
