THE OPPORTUNITY RIPC Medical Group is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join a growing, physician-led medical group delivering high-quality, value-based care in a fully outpatient setting. This role offers the opportunity to care for a diverse patient population across the full spectrum of primary care services. You will work alongside a collaborative team with strong clinical and operational support, allowing you to focus on patient care while leveraging modern care models and technology. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Provide comprehensive primary care to patients across the full lifespan * See 16–20 patients per day in a 100% outpatient setting * Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care aligned with value-based care principles * Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and care teams to coordinate care and improve outcomes * Manage an assigned patient panel, including preventive care and chronic disease management * Participate in care coordination and quality improvement initiatives * Utilize EMR to document care and manage patient records * Incorporate in-office procedures based on experience and interest (optional) * Provide after-hours call coverage for your patient panel (shared model may be available) * Engage in team-based care and contribute to a supportive, collaborative practice environment WHO YOU ARE * MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school (required) * Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (required) * Hold an active, unrestricted Rhode Island medical license or be eligible to obtain one (required) * Commitment to patient-centered, value-based care (required) * Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage a broad range of primary care conditions * Excellent communication and collaboration skills * Comfort working in a team-based, technology-enabled care environment * Interest in quality improvement and population health initiatives (preferred) ----------------------------------------   Salary range $220,000—$250,000 USD Akido Labs, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer, and we encourage qualified applicants of every background, ability, and life experience to contact us about appropriate employment opportunities.
