This is an exceptional opportunity to become a part of Coupang’s growth in Taiwan and create a world where our customers wonder, “How did I ever live without Coupang?”      What You Will Do  * Lead end-to-end logistics programs across first-, middle-, and last-mile; define scope, OKRs, and drive execution. * Manage KR→TW report transition and build unified end-to-end visibility.• Improve PDD and operational performance by removing defects and bottlenecks with LOC, hubs, linehaul, and sortation teams. * Build dashboards (Tableau/Power BI) and turn insights into actions, owners, and SOP changes. * Partner with Product, Engineering, Finance, and hubs to solve problems and deliver structured recommendations. * Run simulations for network, volume, and cut-off changes to guide data-based decisions. * Identify risks, execute mitigation, and manage communication and change adoption. * Communicate clearly to all levels with concise narratives on options, risks, and ROI.     Basic Qualifications   * 6+ years in program/project management or analytics-driven operations in logistics, e-commerce, or supply chain. * Strong SQL and data validation; proficient with Tableau/Power BI.
