REGISTERED NURSE (RN) / LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN) – SPECIALIZED HOME CARE 🏡 ABOUT THE CLIENT Our client is an active, pleasant 46-year-old woman living with paraplegia resulting from a Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA). She is highly engaged in her own recovery and is looking for a nursing partner to assist with her care. RESPONSIBILITIES While the Aide manages general care, the Nurse is responsible for the following clinical interventions: * Bowel Program: Lead and facilitate the routine bowel care management program. * Mitrofanoff Catheter Care: Perform catheter management (intermittent or indwelling) ensuring strict adherence to infection control protocols. 🕒 SHIFT TIMES * Schedule: Monday through Friday (M–F). * Hours: 7:00 AM – 10:30 AM. * Setting: Private residence in Grand Rapids, MI. * Team Environment: You will work in tandem with a Home Health Aide who handles heavy lifting, bathing, and other ADLs.
