Your responsibilities will include: * Triage and on-call support, including referrals and occasional home visits * Medication administration and documentation * Supporting ICF-IID homes with medical needs * Collaborating on individualized care plans * Training staff on health-related protocols * Ensuring compliance with nursing standards and regulatory guidelines You’ll be part of a team that values compassion, professionalism, and person-centered care—helping people live their best lives with dignity and independence. What You’ll Need: * Must be at least 18 years old * Diploma or Associates degree from an accredited nursing program * Active license in good standing with the SC Board of Nursing * CPR and First Aid certification * Strong time management and communication skills * Ability to travel frequently within Spartanburg County * Valid driver’s license and Social Security number * Ability to type 70+ WPM and navigate basic computer systems * Must pass background checks, DMV screening, Medicaid exclusion, fingerprinting (if SC resident <1 year), and provide 3 professional references Physical Requirements: This role involves regular standing, walking, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and hands-on support.
