PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST - KNOXVILLE, TN DISHER is currently partnering with an innovative thermal management solutions company in search of a Procurement Specialist to join their team. The Procurement Specialist is a hands-on role focused on executing day-to-day purchasing activities to support production and inventory needs in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. WHAT YOU WILL GET TO DO: * Review and manage purchase agreements, ensuring compliance with contract terms * Monitor spend data and present cost analysis to leadership on a regular basis * Process and manage purchase orders with accuracy and timely follow-through * Coordinate with operations to align procurement with production schedules and inventory targets * Ensure purchasing activity complies with the company's policies and approval workflows * Maintain clean, organized records in NetSuite (ERP) for spend visibility and audit readiness * Partner closely with engineering, operations, and finance to support production and budget goals * Support day-to-day procurement execution in a fast-paced manufacturing environment * Use ERP and analytical skills to keep purchasing organized, accurate, and moving on time WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL: * 5+ years of procurement, purchasing, or supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment * Strong experience with ERP systems, ideally NetSuite * Analytical skills with the ability to track spend and support purchasing decisions * Strong inventory knowledge and understanding of what needs to be ordered and when * Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to step in and execute quickly * Collaborative communicator who works well across departments
