We have offices in Montreal (Quebec), Austin (Texas) and Nicosia (Cyprus). *A select number of positions require full-time in office attendance* As a Product Business Analyst, you will join the Retention department reporting directly to the Product Manager. Responsible for the daily monitoring and reporting of your KPIs, creation of new A/B test cases, as well as proposing new product optimizations that will improve end-user conversions, reduce churn rate and overall performance of the platform's KPIs.  What you'll be doing: * Monitor, control, and improve key performance metrics related to User Acquisition as well as User Retention on the German webcams amateur platform MyDirtyHobby.com.  * Craft detailed requirements for new optimization tickets focused on improving conversion related KPIs. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate UI/UX ideas for new product features. * Identify product improvement opportunities through brainstorming sessions and data analysis. * Verify the correct implementation of new features after they have been developed on production. * Monitor the performance of related KPIs after launching new product features. * Increase business profitability – owning not just your dedicated KPIs, but also understanding the overall revenue sources of the platform. * Design, conduct, and analyze A/B tests to assess and implement optimizations aimed at conversion related KPI. What you'll need to be successful: Must haves: * 2+ years of experience in a related industry and/or similar end user-facing digital platforms. * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar field of studies. * Proven ability to define and document functional and non-functional requirements in a clear and structured manner. * Strong analytical skills with experience in conversion optimization strategies. * Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Jira or similar tools. * Knowledge of UX/UI principles to collaborate effectively with design teams. * Fluent English communication skills. * Problem-solving mindset with the ability to break down complex processes into clear steps. * Advanced communication and interpersonal skills.  Nice to haves: * Background or experience in adult entertainment or content-driven platforms. * Knowledge of user segmentation and personalization strategies to improve conversion metrics.
