We are looking for: A Senior Product Designer with strong UX and UI skills, a sharp visual eye, and solid experience designing digital products from idea to launch. You don’t just make beautiful screens. You understand the problem behind them, how users move through a product, and how design decisions affect both user experience and business results. You can take a product from early concepts and user flows to prototypes, polished interfaces, design systems, and developer handoff. You’re comfortable working with product managers, developers, marketers, and stakeholders, and you know how to explain and defend your design decisions. You also understand how AI is changing the product design process and actively use it to explore ideas, prototype faster, test directions, and improve your workflow — without sacrificing quality. You’re a great fit if you: * Have 3+ years of experience in Product Design / UX/UI, ideally working on complex digital products. * Have a strong portfolio showing real product work, including the problem, process, user flows, decisions, and final result - not only polished screens. * Are highly confident in Figma, including components, variants, Auto Layout, Figma Agent, variables, libraries, prototyping, and design systems. * Have strong knowledge of UX fundamentals, information architecture, user flows, interaction design, responsive design, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy. * Can create wireframes, high-fidelity interfaces, interactive prototypes, and clear developer-ready specifications. * Have experience building, maintaining, or contributing to scalable design systems. * Understand how to use research, user feedback, product data, and usability testing to validate and improve design decisions. * Can simplify complex products and turn unclear requirements into intuitive user experiences. * Know how to work closely with developers and understand the technical limitations behind your designs. * Are comfortable presenting your work, explaining your thinking, and working with stakeholders and clients. * Actively use AI tools for ideation, research, rapid prototyping, exploration, and improving design workflows. * Basic understanding of accessibility, web technologies, or frontend logic is also a plus. You will: * Design end-to-end digital product experiences, from early concepts and user flows to polished production-ready interfaces. * Create wireframes, prototypes, user journeys, interaction patterns, and high-fidelity UI. * Build and evolve scalable design systems and component libraries. * Turn business requirements and user needs into simple, intuitive product solutions. * Work closely with Product, Development, Marketing, and Creative teams throughout the entire product lifecycle. * Review existing products, identify UX/UI problems, and propose improvements. * Use AI and rapid prototyping tools to explore ideas and validate directions faster. * Present your work clearly, explain the reasoning behind your decisions, and take ownership of design quality from concept to launch. * Help raise the overall product design standard across Benrey and the brands we work with. * Work alongside a team of overachievers where nobody stands still. * Have A LOT OF FUN along the way.
