We are looking for a Product Lead to own and develop the SME Credit Products direction within Plata Empresa. Plata Empresa is building a comprehensive banking ecosystem for small and medium-sized businesses, including current and FX accounts, business cards, deposits, payments, and acquiring. Credit products are one of the key areas of growth and monetization, with a portfolio that includes business credit cards, overdrafts, factoring, and working capital financing. In this role, you will own the strategy and P&L of the SME credit business, lead a team of Product Managers, and work closely with Risk to define the credit strategy. You will be responsible for the entire product portfolio and its performance — from launching and scaling individual products to managing portfolio quality, unit economics, and profitability. This is a high-ownership leadership role with the opportunity to build and scale a key business direction from the ground up.
