If you want to use the latest technologies while working in a dynamic, friendly and comfortable atmosphere, Betsson Georgia could be the perfect place for you.   KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:  * Partner closely with the Sports Trading team to align product initiatives with commercial objectives and continuously optimize operational processes; * Own the Sportsbook product and its related services, driving continuous improvements to maximize product performance, customer engagement, and user satisfaction; * Manage the Sportsbook product budget, ensuring alignment with business KPIs, monitoring budget utilization, and delivering financial targets; * Ensure Sportsbook products and services comply with applicable regulatory and compliance requirements, minimizing legal and operational risks; * Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across the organization, as well as external vendors and technology partners; * Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and product growth; * Drive the implementation of new features, enhancements, and product improvements to maintain market competitiveness; * Initiate and lead continuous process optimization initiatives to improve operational efficiency and product delivery; * Perform other product-related duties and responsibilities as assigned by the direct manager. REQUIREMENTS:  * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Technology, or a related field; * 3–5 years of Product Management experience, preferably within the iGaming, Sports Betting, or Gambling industry; * Proven experience managing products throughout the full product lifecycle, from strategy and roadmap to launch and continuous optimization; * Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello); * Understanding of Sports Betting/iGaming market trends and relevant regulatory requirements; * Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Product, Trading, Technology, Marketing, and Compliance; * Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills; * Experience with budgeting, KPI management, and performance reporting; * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; * Fluency in both Georgian and English (written and spoken).
