IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL: * Shape strategy for Data product: build and maintain roadmap based on customer needs and market trends; * Turn ML and AI capabilities into productised parts of the data offering; * Set the standards for what high-quality data means from the customer’s point of view and own the business logic that defines whether the data is trustworthy and fit for use; * Make key judgment calls on ML-driven attributes, balancing tradeoffs such as coverage versus precision, latency versus cost; * Lead customer discovery efforts by working closely with current and prospective customers to understand the problems they are trying to solve; * Partner cross-functionally with teams beyond Product, including Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing. YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: * At least 3 years of proven experience as a Product Manager; * Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, e.g. Sales, Customer Success, Marketing; * Strong product thinking: discovery, customer research, prioritisation, owning outcomes; * Technical fluency: comfortable reasoning about data pipelines, schemas, transformations, and inferred fields well enough to make tradeoff decisions and have credible conversations with engineers. * Comfort working in ambiguous environments, with the ability to help define and shape a new role rather than stepping into one that is already fully established. * Strong written and verbal communication in English.
