Company Overview Parallel Domain is the trusted sensor simulation and reconstruction software for physical AI. We turn customer capture data into real-fidelity replicas with deterministic multi-sensor simulation running on top. The largest autonomy programs in the world use our products to validate perception at the scale that safety demands. They are a Series B company backed by March Capital, Foundry Group, Costanoa Ventures, Toyota Ventures, and others. Their team includes engineers from Waymo, Cruise, Apple, NVIDIA, and Google. They are fully remote and growing fast. How long has the company been operating? 2017 Total company headcount: 50+ PARALLEL'S MISSION Our mission is to enable our customers to bring autonomy and physical AI to the world faster and safer. We believe physical AI and autonomy have the power to create a safer and more productive world, and we are building the simulation infrastructure to make that future real. Our high-fidelity, fully controllable, software-in-the-loop sensor simulation products give the leaders in autonomous driving, drone delivery, eVTOL, robotics, and beyond the realism, accuracy, and confidence they need to test and validate their systems at scale. In autonomy and physical AI, there is no margin for error. THE ROLE   As a Product Manager, you will work closely with our Chief Product Officer to manage Parallel Domain’s simulation and neural reconstruction products. This role combines hands-on product management, customer interaction and strategic product roadmapping with highly technical work across AI development, simulation, programming and autonomy. You will spend significant time with customers understanding how they use simulation to accelerate autonomous-system development, then translate those needs into scalable product capabilities. We are looking for someone comfortable operating in ambiguity, solving complex technical problems and turning customer needs into winning products. WHAT YOU'LL DO Drive strategy and execution for our core products, from customer discovery and roadmap definition through launch, adoption and measurable business impact. Develop a deep understanding of workflows across autonomy, robotics, computer vision and simulation teams. Contribute to quarterly roadmap planning across Product and Engineering. Define and track product success metrics, including adoption, workflow efficiency, data-generation throughput, scenario coverage, model performance, platform reliability and revenue impact. Translate complex technical and customer needs into product direction while distinguishing one-off requests from broader platform opportunities. Communicate priorities, experiments, roadmaps and decisions across technical teams and executive stakeholders. Bring structure and clarity to ambiguous technical problems. Represent the customer internally with Engineering and leadership. Support launches through documentation, demos, sales materials, release notes and internal training. Stay current on developments in autonomy, robotics, synthetic data and AI infrastructure. Travel to customer sites to understand workflows and product needs.   WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR 3+ years of product management experience with platform or infrastructure products, ideally APIs. Experience building B2B enterprise products. Working knowledge of machine-learning frameworks, embodied AI development and simulation. Proficiency with Python. Strong ownership mentality and experience taking products from zero through initial release and continued development. Ability to work effectively across functions and navigate resource and priority tradeoffs. Strong communication skills with both technical and executive audiences. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Comfort operating in ambiguous, open-ended environments. Willingness to travel and spend time with customers. STRONG SIGNALS * 2+ years in software development, engineering or another technical role. * Computer science, engineering or related degree. * Experience as a Technical Program Manager, Technical Account Manager or Customer Engineering Lead at a simulation, developer-tools or autonomous-systems company. * Familiarity with closed-loop simulation, scenario-based testing or sensor-in-the-loop workflows.
