ABOUT VITALIZE Our Vision: Unlock Healthcare's Full Capacity Health systems still run critical operations like staffing, labor planning, and capacity on spreadsheets, phone calls, and guesswork. Vitalize is building the AI operating system for how health systems manage labor and capacity. The impact is real: we save hospitals millions in unnecessary labor spend, give clinical leaders back 10–20 hours every week, and are often the reason staff and leaders stay. We’re trusted by leading health systems across the country and have raised more than $31M from top healthcare and technology investors, including our own customers. OUR VALUES We hire and grow everyone against the same four values. Each one comes from a real Vitalize story. Interview with us to hear them! * 🚗 Push the Car. Step in regardless of role. We help wherever we're needed, own problems end to end, and don't stay in our lane. People can count on us. * 🏥 Premier 1K. We show up for our customers, always. Nearly everyone visits a customer site in their first month, and customer feedback informs everything we do. * 🗣️ Run Towards the Ugly. Name the ugliest truth first, then propose the fix. Candor over comfort. We call out what's broken and never get complacent. This shapes our craft. * 💡 Think Bigger Fridays. See the gap, fill it. No permission required. Every decision is an experiment: we run it, let the results decide, and drive real impact from day one. ABOUT MARKETING We’re building Marketing to shape how the world understands Vitalize. Our job is to tell Vitalize’s story, build our brand, create demand, and bring new products and features to market. We stay close to our customers and turn what we’re building and the outcomes we’re driving into clear, compelling stories. Marketing is the fabric that stitches together that language for how Vitalize is talked about across product, customers, and recruiting. As an early member of the team, you’ll help shape what great marketing looks like here. THE ROLE We’re looking for our first Product Marketing hire to make it incredibly clear what Vitalize does, why it matters, and why health systems should choose us. You’ll sit at the intersection of Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing, deeply understanding our customers, market, product, and competition and turning that understanding into positioning, messaging, launches, and tools that help Vitalize win. This is a hands-on role. You’ll spend time with customers, learn the product deeply, develop a strong point of view on our market, and make sure everyone from our Sales team to a prospective customer can clearly articulate the value Vitalize delivers. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Own positioning and messaging. Develop clear, differentiated messaging that explains what Vitalize does, why it matters, and why we're different. * Know our customer deeply. Build a strong understanding of the problems, priorities, language, and buying process of the healthcare leaders we serve. * Know our market. Understand competitors, alternatives, market dynamics, and how the category is evolving. * Lead product launches. Build the strategy and materials that take new products and capabilities to market. * Enable Sales. Give our GTM teams the narratives, proof points, competitive intelligence, and materials they need to sell effectively. * Turn customer value into proof. Partner with Customer Success and Content to identify and articulate the measurable impact Vitalize delivers. * Bring the market back into Product. Make sure customer, competitive, and market insights inform how we build and prioritize. * Measure what works. Understand whether our messaging, launches, and enablement are changing customer understanding and helping us win. WHAT YOU’LL BRING * 5+ years of product marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, healthcare, or another complex enterprise category. * Exceptional ability to understand complicated products and make them simple. * Strong customer instincts and genuine curiosity about how buyers think and make decisions. * Experience developing positioning, messaging, launches, and sales enablement. * Strong analytical instincts and comfort using customer and market data to form a point of view. * Experience partnering closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and executives. * Excellent writing and communication skills. * High ownership and comfort operating without an established playbook. Healthcare experience is a plus, but curiosity and the ability to quickly become an expert matter more. BENEFITS * Medical, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) with company match * Flexible PTO * Unlimited travel budget to visit customer sites * Bi-annual company off-sites * Free meals in-office * $5,000 relocation bonus * Desk setup reimbursement * Commuter benefits * Monthly gym/wellness stipend * An awesome office in Jackson Square, steps from the water
