XPN is a two-sided marketplace. We help publishers run creator marketing campaigns (the company.com/partner-network), and we give creators a way to join those campaigns, along with tools to manage and grow their channels (the company.com/for/creators). Each side has its own users and goals, and each shapes the other. Helping both sides succeed together is what makes this role so interesting.
