The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, architects, UX designers, and QA teams to translate business requirements into product features that maximize customer and business value. Key Responsibilities Product Vision & Strategy * Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap. * Align product objectives with business goals and customer needs. * Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive offerings. * Drive product innovation and continuous improvement initiatives. Product Backlog Management * Own and prioritize the product backlog. * Create and refine epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria. * Prioritize requirements based on business value, customer impact, and technical dependencies. * Ensure backlog readiness for sprint planning and execution. Requirements Gathering & Analysis * Work with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements. * Translate business needs into clear and actionable user stories. * Define functional and non-functional requirements. * Ensure alignment between business expectations and technical implementation. Agile Product Delivery * Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives. * Collaborate with development and QA teams throughout the delivery lifecycle. * Clarify requirements and remove impediments to delivery. * Support release planning and go-live activities.
