Key Responsibilities * Direct day-to-day plant operations, managing shift headcount, line balancing, and workstation allocation. * Drive line metrics including Output, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), First Pass Yield (FPY), and cycle time adherence. * Partner with Process/Equipment Engineering and Quality teams to troubleshoot line stoppages and resolve recurring quality defects. * Manage operator discipline, performance appraisals, training matrices, and shift cross-skilling. * Enforce 5S standards, EHS policies, and standard operating procedures across the manufacturing floor.…
