Our culture is built on accountability, collaboration, and long-term vision, giving you the platform to grow your career while helping shape the future of our Las Vegas operations.   What You’ll Get to Do: * Serve as primary client contact for public works projects in the Las Vegas area * Manage scope, schedule, and budget for multiple active municipal projects * Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams * Deliver high-quality infrastructure projects for city, county, and state agencies * Support business development efforts, including pursuits and client relationship growth * Collaborate with leadership to expand backlog and market presence * Mentor junior staff and contribute to team development * Ensure projects meet quality, risk, and compliance standards   What We’re Looking For: * Strong project management and leadership skills * Proven ability to act as a primary client interface * Experience managing public agency projects * Ability to lead teams and drive accountability * Excellent communication and organizational skills * Interest in contributing to a growing regional market   What Qualifications You’ll Need: * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required * Professional Engineer (PE) license required * 8+ years of experience in public works / infrastructure projects * Experience with municipal or DOT clients strongly preferred * Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, Bluebeam, and Civil 3D * Experience in transportation and public works infrastructure projects * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a client-facing environment   What Will Help You Stand Out: * Local Las Vegas agency experience * Business development and pursuit support experience * Staff mentoring experience   Why Join Civil Science? * Ownership in Your Future: At Civil Science, we’re proud to be a 100% employee-owned firm.
