Aspire Living & Learning is currently seeking a Program Director at Aspire Living & Learning plays a vital role in developmental supervision of employees to effectively work with individuals supported within various programs.  The Program Director provides administrative management and engages a high-quality workforce. The Program Director is responsible for programmatic and operational oversight and developmental supervision. This person holds a leadership role, building effective teams and championing internal and external partnerships.  Our ideal candidate: * Bachelor’s degree preferred * 5 or more years’ experience in human services with at least 2 years’ experience overseeing and directing development, implementation and evaluation of human services programs * Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational, administrative and communication skills * Knowledge of management and supervisory techniques and best practices * Knowledge of funding agency regulations/requirements * Must have demonstrated computer literacy * Ability to work independently and exercise authority when necessary * Ability to provide on-call support * Must have satisfactory background checks, may be required to be a signer on financial accounts * Valid driver’s license and safe driving record   Employees at Aspire enjoy working with a collaborative and dedicated team that values a culture of belonging and care.
